Welcome to the Active Ageing through Social Partnership and Industrial Relations Expertise (ASPIRE) Report page. The project explores how employers and unions collaborate There are four sets of report:
- National reports from the four countries (UK, Italy, Poland, Spain) based on literature reviews, and evidence searches of relevant employment laws, social welfare policies, labour activation policies and collective agreements
- Workshop reports of discussions with union representatives and employers in the four countries as well as interviews with national level stakeholders
- An evidence report of the qualitative data from the workshop discussions
- Consolidated reports from the four countries
